Both the Dominant and Recessive trait is expressed together.
Punnett Squares can still be used however because the Dominant trait doesn't dominate/silence the Recessive trait the letters we use will both be capital.
In Co Dominance the heterozygous shows both traits (white and black). B = black W = white BW = spots
